Positive: Michael was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. The apartment was in a great location. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Restaurants and grocery are easily within walking distance.
Negative: This could have been my misunderstanding, but I thought the apartment was serviced. I assumed there would be a regular cleaning service (bi-weekly, etc). He had the apartment cleaned once but then wanted to charge us for another cleaning. We were there for a month.
