Positive: Great location. Police station SS across the street felt very safe. Easy walk to art museums.
Negative: Very clean and bathroom was good size.
Summary: We went to the Eagles Super Bowl Parade and it put us close enough to the Art Museum, but not too close.

Negative: The pricing like say if you want to stay to Saturday is absolutely way to expensive it's basically rent. I wish they had discounts of some sort but they don't. To stay until Saturday alone is 1,000 and some change over priced.
Summary: My favorite but is becoming extremely to pricey

Positive: It wad extremely cozy and relaxing 😌 The shower 🚿 was the absolute best 👌 nice hot water true tranquility my family and I truly enjoyed it.

Positive: Well, I really like the location to the Convention Center, which is why I was in Philly. I also appreciated how a grocery store and a gym were nearby. Overall everything I needed in the apartment I found. It was that relaxing that I stayed a night in the apartment. I love the washer/dryer opportunity as I was traveling for around 10 days.
Negative: There wasn't really anything. But if I have to pick one is, that there wasn't a recycling bin, but just to lids and one bag. I guess they do not recycle in Philly, which is a shame and of course not the apartments owners fault.
Summary: Amazing place, really close to everything with everything one needs!

Positive: I loved the space! It was cozy and intimate. The layout was comfortable and easy to get around. Just enough space for me. Although it was cozy , I still felt like every room was spacious. The location was also very good. I was able to walk to anywhere I needed to go or quickly catch public transportation. It was close enough to center city that you could walk, but also far away enough that you didn’t get all the noise of the city. The bed was comfortable and the host was wonderful to work with. I felt safe and will definitely be staying again.
Negative: I really don’t have any complaints. Sorry.
Summary: This was a comfortable stay that exceeded my expectations.
