Positive: The location is convenient for visiting Barcelona, the neighborhood feels safe and the price is reasonable.
Negative: One of the 3 bedrooms and one of the 2 bathrooms are very small. It is good for 2 instead of 3 couples to share the apartment. During rush hour there is no place to park or stop the car near the apartment to unload the luggage. The owner should inform the renters the names and addresses of nearby paid parking lots for unloading luggage.

Negative: No dryer machine. We couldn't hang dry our clothes because it was raining. We had to bring our clothes to a laundry place and costed us 15 euros. The bed and pillows are not firm enough and not comfortable.
