Positive: Very clean, comfortable place. Small but super well equipped so you lack for nothing! We even made a fondue! Beautiful view of the mountains! Bed felt very cozy, slept well, quiet place!
Negative: Nothing really. The host asked us to put dishes away, we usually only run the dishwasher, so that meant we had to wait for the dishwasher to finish to put dishes away. :(

Positive: Beautiful property - spacious, modern and clean. Alexander was very responsive and helpful. He sent clear instructions on how to access the apartment and also provided exceptionally detailed information on everything to do with accessing and staying there.
Negative: I had some problems with the wifi, which seemed to dropouts intermittently.
Summary: Exceptional property - would recommend to all.

Positive: - Had everything required for a short stay (2 nights) - Amazon Prime Streaming - It look like in the pics, although has some usage signs
Negative: - There are just some points to clarify from the description: 1. One could describe it as small apartment as it has a super small kitchen, but its basically a room in a larger Hotel Complex (Hotel Europe). The difference is you have many neighbors in the main season or none in the off season. I was in the offseason and its a bit strange to be in a house with hundreds of rooms, just by yourself. It was a ghost hotel. 2. The room is about 4x5m large, plus a small bathroom and the entrance area which is also the kitchen. Hence its never ever 45m. 3. In the off season all restaurants, pool, saune etc in the complex are close and cant be used. I met a hotel staff and asked a few things, but they give you the feel as you dont belong there, i.e. they dont offer services for you, not even answering a few basic questions. 4. The host sent a message indicating he would be glad for a good review, and for improvements he suggested a private massage. Further he hinted that he would provide me with a good review too ;) not sure this is how booking works… 5. The floor is not out of wood as one could think when looking at the pics, its pads (Fliessen), which makes it rather a cold floor (but easy to clean). 6. There is no checkin. Key is provided in a key box. 7. The bed folds from the wall, hence is not a real bed. 8. The door is basically a thin wooden plate, like in most hotels. They did one morning some works in the corridor and one could hear every word from the workers. 9. The village around the hotel is dead im the off season. You need to drive to St. Moritz for everything, which is fine but needs to be known. 10. The kitchen is super basic/small and does not invite for real cooking. Fine for a quick dish, but surely not for the week long supper etc. All of the above its just putting some facts down, not a real critic, except for the wrong size indication. However, what I thought its was poor from the host is the checkin/checkout times.
