Positive: Location was great. Towels and linens were well stocked. Easy access to the house via the code door.
Negative: The placemats stacked the table were FILTHY. Pasta sauce and (Oreo) crumbs caked them. The table covering was stained and not really appealing to eat at. There was popcorn under the couch that our toddlers grabbed and luckily we stopped them before they ate it. There was a lot of bugs in the kitchen area- cockroaches and ants. Just didn’t seem like it’s cleaned well in between guests……

Negative: The walk from the gravel parking to the front door was very difficult for older family members.

Negative: Had a small issue with the booking, got charged twice, but it was remedied quickly. This bears no reflection on the property owners nor did it affect our stay.

Positive: Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Loved that it was quiet and surrounded by trees. Only 10-15 min to the North Conway outlets, depending on traffic.
Negative: The bedroom with two twin beds doesn’t have air conditioning and gets uncomfortably warm when it’s hot out.
Summary: Had a great family vacation. Would stay there again.

Positive: I liked the location and layout of the property. The house is located at the end of the driveway, very spacious, and equipped with all the necessary staff. Kids enjoyed playing ping pon. The backyard is semi-private and spacious. Plenty of parking for three cars.
Negative: One of the rooms doesn't have an AC; we stayed there on a hot day, and it was a little uncomfortable. The cooking pan is all scratched and needs to be replaced. Other than that, all was great.
Summary: I would definitely, consider staying there again.
