Summary: We did not download the app. So, the problems started immediately, because we did not have the correct door code. When we arrived it was dark gold and rainy.. Ultimately, we ended up going to a hotel. I do not like being forced to use the app for lots of reasons. So, we won'tuse this service again..

Summary: Richard was the ultimate host. Responsive and accommodating. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and will be looking into booking again for next year’s trip.

Summary: Our family of 4 stayed at the Abbott Brook in the Chalet B and it was the perfect place to stay. The chalet was well stocked, clean and very cute. The host Richard was fantastic to work with as his responses were quick and pleasant. The location is perfect for those wanting to go to Cranmore Mountain and visit North Conways main drag. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We planned a ski trip for our stay and the Cortina Chalet was exactly what we needed. Two bedroom with a kitchen and a place to relax after a long day on the slopes.Check in was easy, and the accommodations were great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the chalet was clean and well equipped. I would recommend this location and accommodation to friends and family.
