Positive: I liked the location to pretty much anything we did.
Negative: Overall was a good stay, beds were somewhat comfortable. The shelving in the bathroom needs to be updated, didn’t fit well and got in the way for using the restroom and was falling over

Positive: The property is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean except for a few m&ms and another unopened bag of candy found in the couch. The spacing is perfect, the decor is very nice as well as homey. The washer and dryer were large and very convenient. The deck was enjoyable in spite of a couple of the boards flexing on the ends. Each room has a a Roku TV and nice bedding. The pillows and mattresses were way too firm, almost hard to us, but others seemed to like them. We really liked that there was a mudroom when you first walk in! All of the windows provided nice natural lighting during the day and were all covered with blinds for privacy. The instructions provided in the home such as when the trash goes out were very helpful. Overall the home was well taken care of and we would book it again.
Negative: On our way to the property, we contacted Jeff because we had not yet received the notification of the check-in information. He called us back promptly and walked us through the steps which was greatly appreciated; but although his words were nice, his tone during the entire conversation was unwelcoming and almost cold. Could be nothing but was noticed by us. They spray the property for insects, but even still there were giant ants that we had to contend with during the entire stay and one of us was bitten by one. The wasps were also very prevalent. Location is in a very poor and neglected part of town. The people in the area are nice but you can tell that the city doesn't give that area much funding or attention. Airplanes constantly fly over the neighborhood, didn't bother us much but might bother others. The toilet seat falls down often while using because of how the stand behind it is set up. The laundry detergent used was very strong and irritating for those sensitive to strong chemicals. The refrigerator sticks and makes a loud popping sound every time it is opened. The kitchen faucet sprayed water everywhere when we initially arrived, resulting in leaks on the countertop that would drip down into the cabinets underneath. We were able to tighten the faucet and fix the leak easily, but it was an oversight by those who maintain the property.
