All you need for cooking are in the kitchen. We also prepared different kinds of seasoning for you to make the delicious food for your family or friends.(of course for your lover!)
Brand new beds and desks. You can study or work in your private room.
Nice Riverton neighborhood. There is a park next to the house (just 30 feet). Kids will love it!
3 swimming pools and tennis courts & clubhouse in our community. Welcome!

Summary: This is one of the nicest homes and experiences my group has had. We use 3 to 4 Vbros every year. For this group and size of the property this fit our needs to a T. We are already discussing our return and will stay again if it is available on our schedule. It was quiet, warm, well stocked ,the water was really hot and the beds and linen great. Thanks to the owner and to Vbro

Summary: Our son goes to RIT so we decided to book for Brick City Weekend. The house was in a fantastic location; close to everything we were looking for and in a great neighborhood. The house was emmaculate and exceeded our expectations. We can’t thank you enough for a wonderful family weekend together.

Summary: The house had plenty of space and was clean. Some of the beds weren’t very comfortable, and the linens were a little thin, but I would stay here again. (For the record, We are “bed snobs”) The owner was very nice and accommodating.

Summary: Comfortable place. Most daily items are available. A little short on basics like toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom spray, etc. There's a Keurig, but you'll need your own pods. Couldn't find a coffee maker. No complaints and we were thankful for the place to stay.

Summary: Property was fine and easy to get to, out a little ways from the City but thats okay. It is is on a nice quiet street with a little park right near by. Only complaint was the amenities on hand. ie didnt find the bath towels till the next morning, and the basic kitchen supplies were kind of sparse too, and the TV internet was kind of klunky too, it would be nice just to see the local off air TV signals too 6 pm news etc, but as an overall I still give 4 stars and would stay here again, thank you Min !
