Ocean front and private home a quiet gated community, with nothing between you and the beach but the beach path. Follow this path to expansive sprawling sand and ocean! Lots of windows throughout to maximize views, including Tillamook Head! Sit on the wind protected deck, or go up the Crows Nest style mini deck for an even better view. You are sure to see some elk or deer among many varieties of birds. There are two living room/sitting areas, each with a flat screen TV and one with a gas fireplace, the other a wood fireplace. The kitchen is fully appointed and includes a breakfast bar, and dining area adjacent. The master bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed plus Queen hide-a-bed and master bath. Second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, hall bathroom is nearby both bedrooms. Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms; one with a Queen and the other a pair of Twins. Full bathroom downstairs has tub/shower combo. The garage is equipped with a Ping-Pong table and Foosball. Come breathe the salt/fresh air, wet your toes, or fly a kite! Summary: Walking up the steps to the front door, which is filthy, the whole porch is. The house looks great in pictures, but they lie. The furniture on the deck is broken and filthy and there’s a gas grill that is literally falling apart on the deck as well. The indoor furniture is all stained and the sheets are as well. Beach towels are paper thin. No beach toys to play with. No napkins, no (1mini bar) soap or shampoo. And then there’s the neighbor with his welcome signs…

Summary: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with one near neighbor. It faces west and is about two football fields away from the ocean beach. Though the beach is not in view from any level of the house decks, the path is a wide walkway. The sandy berm that edges the beach would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The beach is never "busy". Expect to see deer and bald eagles. The beach is wide and long. The sunroom was wonderful and the hot tub comfortable for four. The kitchen is adequately equipped, though the stove-top griddle and one of the large skillets have out lived their years of service. The linens are serviceable for the most part. There were a couple of dirty towels hanging and a couple were stained. The soiled areas were not visible until they were unfolded. With a little TLC this could be a great spot!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is so beautiful and the fireworks put on by the locals were professional quality! It was convenient for checking out other areas along the coast such as Seaside and Cannon Beach, and near nice hiking. We had 7 people and 2 cars and the house had ample space and parking for us all. The game room was a nice thing to have, many games of ping pong were played. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The house does get a touch hot during the day when it is sunny, even when the outdoor temps are only in the 60s - probably need more window coverings, but it cools down quickly as the sun moves, just a little uncomfortable in the afternoon. The only downside to this rental is that the neighbors don't want short term rentals there - and I completely understand their perspective, although I try to be a good neighbor when I rent, so with all the signs at the houses around ("homes not hotels"), you don't feel very welcome. Specifically, the neighbor immediately to the south has his house covered with signs. I did also find it surprising to be presented with a "tip" envelope for the cleaning staff, when we were already paying host and service fees in addition to the nightly rental fee. I think that the management company should set those fees at a level that enables them to pay their employees or contractors a reasonable amount/living wage for their work.

Summary: We loved the location and layout of the property. That being said there is a lot needed in the way of maintenance and cleaning. There were cobwebs and quite a few spiders we had to take care of. Overall things were dusty and in need of a deep clean. Upon arrival the hall bathroom was not clean at all, and the toilet was pretty gross. The top bunks in the kids' room were sandy/dusty and had obviously not been taken care of in a long time. We loved the proximity of the beach and had a wonderful time, we just would not go back unless some major cleaning was done. The property manager was very communicative and helpful with our check in and a minor repair that had to be done.

Summary: Large house near the beach for family group. Has many amenities included but struggled with TV stuff and needs some upgrading. The county changed the rules on the number of people it can accomodate and the neighbor next door has signs posted which need to be removed since the new rules were passed and he and a neighbor got in a yelling match as we were leaving. Overall enjoyed our stay with kids and grandkids and midway between Warrenton and Seaside.

Summary: We enjoyed our short stay at this house. I cooked a lot and this house was well equipped with cooking pots and pans. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Kids had fun with the ping pong table and were very excited to walk to the beach.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay with extended family. Teens played ping pong and foosball nonstop in the game room, we saw deer outside the window and enjoyed the windows everywhere. Hot tub, crows nest, quiet community and central location between seaside/cannon beach and astoria were ideal. Thank you!

Summary: We stayed here with my bridal party for our wedding weekend, and I could not be happier with the location. We used it for getting ready and first look photos on the beach. A perfect short walk to the beach. An awesome living room space that easily fit all 10 of us. Parking was super accessible and we easily fit the 3 cars we used. Super comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood. Hot tub took a while to heat up so when you get there I would turn it on If your using it that night, But that’s totally normal. Nothing to complain about! Thank you again! Definitely coming back next year :)
