Positive: I loved how much room it had, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much anything you would need to cook and bake, plenty of bedding, and towels, lots of games, and the furniture was comfortable.
Negative: The counter on the kitchen island was dirty, we found a plate of old food under the couch in the basement room, there was food crumbs on the area rug in the main living room, found food and garbage behind the couch in the basement room, the grill was dirty and out of propane, the closet door in the bedroom closet to the bathroom with the spa tub was off it's hinges, the jacuzzi tub has seen better days, the freezer in the kitchen had a bad smell coming from it, none of the couches in the main living room reclined and were all broken, and the road/ private drive up to the house is full of potholes

Positive: A beautiful home! We could hear the ocean from the deck. A short drive to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and had great space for cooking. The rooms were comfortable. The community space was fun! A great place for multiple families to get together and hang out.

Positive: The house was great and all 3 bedrooms were cozy and private. Large living room and lower den area for hanging out.
Negative: Due to the high ceilings the main area is very echoey and can get really loud when cooking/etc.
