Summary: We were attending a wedding nearby. The house had a nice open floor plan that worked well for several people/couples in a single house. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to move around in. It was clean and looked recently renovated. The fenced backyard set up was perfect for dogs and really made the stay comfortable and easy. The street was quiet. We would rent again in we were going to stay in that area.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and was located in a great location for everything we wanted to explore as it was in the middle and made transportation very easy. The property was everything it was listed to be and I recommend to anyone that wants to be in the middle of everything from historical sites to the beach.

Summary: The home is beautiful inside; however, when I was looking for a place to book, I was curious why there was no photo of the outside of the home, when many of the other homes showed their outsides. Based on what I experienced, I would say it's because the home is a much older home with a very small carport, something you don't see often in the newer homes. Also, there was a downed tree limb on the patio, so that was not usable. I informed the property manager and they said okay, but never indicated they planned to resolve the situation. Also, the drive to the home was uncomfortable based on the route we took. The roads are really bad and several of the buildings were boarded up or under renovation. It is not an area I would have chosen to stay in had I seen a photo of the outside of the home. I believe the rental was over priced for what I experienced.

Summary: The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to North Charleston, Park Circle and Downtown Charleston. It was very clean and nice. Carpets in bedrooms need some cleaning, but other that that is was a perfect stay. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We will definitely be returning.
