Summary: We enjoyed a most relaxing week in this wonderful condo with four adults. The view of the ocean and the condo complex is truly spectacular. The condo itself is updated and spacious, the remodeled kitchen is well-stocked and very well lit. The natural palette furnishings are in great condition making it easy to relax. The most pleasant surprise was that everything in this property was in working order! Kudos to Tom, the owner, who was terrific in his communications and property maintenance. The complex was well-maintained and the staff very helpful. We definitely plan on returning for another week.

Summary: The private beach at Siesta Dunes was perfect for our family escape. It was clean, safe and far less crowded than other properties in the area. The property was immaculate with updates throughout. The kitchen has updated appliances and everything you need to have a meal in the condo. That said there were lots of great restaurants nearby with fresh local fish which we really enjoyed. The owner was in regular contact before and during our stay to ensure our expectations were met. Siesta Dunes is a great choice for a fun, safe family vacation.

Summary: We just returned from a weeks stay at this property at Siesta Dunes. Some family issues necessitated a trip to the area so we extended our stay in Sarasota with a week in paradise. Great communication with the owner Tom from the start. You cannot beat the location and amenities at Siesta Dunes. Beautiful grounds, great location just 10 minutes to downtown area, awesome pool and the ability to litterally walk onto the most beautiful beach in America. The unit was spotless and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. All this with a million dollar view with spectacular sunsets. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach vacation. 25 minutes to Sarasota Airport and close to Longboat Key and Anna Maria.Island. Great area and so much to do. We will definitely be returning to Siesta Dunes as soon as possible. 6-stars!!!

Summary: This is our 2nd year staying at this property and in this unit and it’s perfect for our family’s needs. The owner is very attentive, super responsive to any requests/texts/emails and resolves any issues quickly. From booking to departure, everything was planned out perfectly without any hiccups and we hope to extend our stay next year even longer as 7 days just wasn’t enough!

Summary: This place was perfect for our family of four. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. The views are incredible, and it is a very short walk to the beach. Summary: From initial booking all the way through the end of our stay, Tom was so communicative and helpful. The condo has a spectacular Gulf view and is steps to the magnificent white sand beach. Updates kitchen, cozy beds, and living area made us feel right at home.
