Positive: Beautiful property in a great, quiet location. Very spacious and comfortable. House equipped with all amenities and very clean. Staff was courteous and very efficient. Highly recommend.
Negative: Would have liked for the entertainment area on the ground floor to have been air conditioned. Because it was so hot, we really were not able to enjoy the downstairs area.

Positive: The house was beautiful and very spacious. It was a quality property that they didn’t skimp on details. We loved how big the bedrooms were and the tile showers in every bathroom. The owners had flashlights there which was great because the power went out when hurricane Debby hit. We felt very safe during the storm. The bottom floor had a hang out spot for the kids and ping pong that gave them something to do when not at the pool or beach. They also had beach chairs and a cart they were could use when going to the beach which was a bonus. The kitchen was very well equipped for the times we cooked indoors and it was nice having the grill right off the kitchen. Finally, The Cottages on the Key staff were the best management company we have ever rented with. From the second I hit submit with my payment, they called right away to answer any questions I had and also walk me through the electronic signing of the contract. They communicated several times before making sure we understood the check-in process and were prepared for our visit. We had a direct number that we could text anytime with questions or requests and they immediately responded. They had cupcakes waiting to welcome us when we arrived. When the hurricane was coming they sent a text to let us know that they were monitoring the situation and would keep us informed. I contacted them when we saw a wire down the street flickering in the water and they contacted the power company right away to have them come out and fix it immediately. They were so attentive and honored every request that we had. They were a 10+ in our view and I will definitely be contacting them first when we decide to return to the area.
Negative: The only thing that we wish was that they had two more roll away beds rather than the little tiny chair beds(which were described as sofa beds in the description), but it was all good bc we had smaller children.
