Summary: This place was the perfect host for our yearly family event that included several adults, teenagers, and children. The party barn was an absolute hit. The owner of the property was attentive, responsive, and extreamly helpful throughout the entire process. We will deffinatly be booking with him again in the future.

Summary: We had our families Christmas gathering here over the New Years Weekend and it was perfect. The house was decorated, very clean, comfortable beds for all, great entertainment, along with TVs so we didn’t miss any football games. This place has it all and is close to groceries and shopping. Steven was a top notch host who promptly answered all of our questions. Definitely would stay again!

Summary: We had family from age 75 to 4 and everything in between. There were 18 of us staying here and 4 more hanging out and there was plenty of room and areas for the teens, the 4 and 5 year olds and of course the adults. That party barn was amazing!!! Nice size hot tub. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as lots of big communal areas and a huge well stocked kitchen. Everyone loved it!

Summary: We stayed at Graceland for our state bowling tournament and boy what a place this is. We had 16 people at the house and it slept everyone comfortably and the game barn or the party barn was everything you need to enjoy yourself. We did have a couple of questions and host responded promptly and addressed a few items we had questions about. If you are looking for a place to meet up with some friends and enjoy a weekend or even a week retreat, this is your place. It is right off of one of the main streets of West Des Moines but the property sits back way off the road and you feel like you are in the country but you have everything you need a short few minutes away. We decided to have a taco night and we were able to go to Hy-Vee and a few other stores in less than 5 minutes. This place had deer running around on the property, it was just exceptional. There are a few items that needs to be attended to but what a wonderful place this is. We will be back this summer just to hang out and relax on a weekend. Thank you to Brenda the host for such a wonderful experience and answering our questions that we had you were awesome and can't wait to stay there again.

Summary: This place is amazing, The house is huge and has plenty of beds for people to sleep and the game barn or party barn was amazing. This is located off a main road in West Des Moines and you are only a few short minutes away from everything you need but the great thing is that you feel as you are out in the country. A ton of deer are on the property and there is so much to do. Our Guest Host Benda was spectacular and answered some of our questions we had and responded quickly every time. We had so much fun that the bowling team and I are going to rent it out again this summer just to go back and hang out for a weekend. I would recommend this place to any one.
