Positive: Answer questions quickly. Staff accommodate my wishes for my room.
Negative: Bed was a bit worn. Always fell into the center of it when sleeping. The lamp shades were stained. The shower head had hard water stains on them so I cleaned them myself. Could not access calling the down button on one side of elevator on fifth floor. And parking was not explained upon arrival, and when I corrected my stay with the QR Code, I was charged parking twice.

Positive: I was at the School Nurse Conference. The rooms were comfortable, the meals were above my expectations, easy access to all I needed, and the staff is very professional and almost everyone said good morning, good evening. and many thank yous.
Negative: There was nothing I didn't like.
