This traditional updated and recently expanded Classic Hampton Saltbox is 3 miles from everything the Hamptons has to offer. 3 miles from the center of East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor Towns. Its is a 5-minute walk to Wainscott Village center that offers Barry's Boot Camp, Main Beach Surf Shop & School, Levain Bakery, Goldberg Bagels, Breadzilla, and many other great shops and only 1.5-mile bike ride to one of the Best Beaches in the Hamptons, Beach Lane. Also less than 2 miles from Wolfer Winery. This ideal location offers the best of what the Hamptons has to offer.
Five bedrooms four and a half bath home has plenty of space inside and outside for you and your guests. It is beautifully decorated and in exceptional condition. It rests on a half-acre of land with mahogany and bluestone desk and well-appointed gardens. Equipped with a heated pool, outdoor shower, outdoor speakers and outdoor grill. The backyard is perfect for cooling off on those warm summer days and warming up on those cool summer nights.
The Huge eat-in-kitchen has 6 burner Viking stove, 2 Viking Ovens and Bread warmer, granite island, and sitting area with fireplace. Lots of room for family and friends to enjoy being together.
The living room has an amazing vaulted ceiling with fireplace and French doors that lead out to the outdoor deck.
The dining room has a large farm table that sits up to 12 very comfortably.
Total 5 bedrooms:
1. Master Bedroom (King Bed) is on the second floor. It is very large with walk in closet. En suite bath with large open shower and separate Jacuzzi tub and private toilet.
2. Guest Room #1 is on the second floor with queen bed and en suite bathroom with tub. It also has a massive walk-in closet. queen bed
3. Guest Room #2 is on the second floor. It is large and spacious with 2 twin beds and a very large double door closet.
4. Guest Room #3 is on the second floor. Its is bright and airy with a closet and queen bed.
5.Guest Room #4, queen bed, located on the first floor. It has a large closet and desk to study at. It is off the downstairs hallway near the stairs leading up. It has direct access to the first-floor powder room

1st Floor: Powder room, off the main foyer and near the kitchen, 4th bedroom access too
1st Floor: Full Bathroom & shower, off the living room and next French doors to the outside pool area. easy access for people to use when lounging by the pool.
4th guest bedroom on the 1st floor usually uses this bathroom.
2nd Floor: Full bath in the master bedroom, private toilet, separate Jacuzzi bath
2nd Floor: Full bath in Guest Room #1, Tub and Shower

Sun-filled backyard has a Mahogany deck and blue-stone patio. Furnished with new Kingsley-Bate Teak & white mesh outdoor furniture. There is Large circular teak dining table with lazy-susan, that sits 10 comfortably, perfect for grilling and eating outdoors. 6 lounge chairs with side table and 3 other large free-standing umbrellas for sun protection. The Pool is an oversized 20x40 with brand new heater and pump. The outdoor shower also offers a changing room. * Gas to heat the pool will be an additional charge. The tanks will be full on your arrival.

Summary: Couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family vacation! Perfect house, perfect pool, perfect location. We would spend the mornings at the East Hampton beach and afternoons in the pool. Breakfast from Levain or Breadzilla. And, evenings either in town or after a quick drive in Sag Harbor, Montauk, Bridgehampton, and Southampton. The house had everything you would need – super kitchen and really appreciated all the towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs. Alison was wonderful – so thoughtful and responsive!

Summary: We had an amazing time at this house! The house, pool and garden are beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and it's location couldn't be better. Most of all Alison is a fantastic hostess, she's very responsive to questions and very helpful.

Summary: We spent a wonderful September weekend at this lovely house, and would go back in a heartbeat to spend a longer stretch of time. The house itself is beautiful from the outside, and absolutely perfect inside - tastefully decorated with a wonderful layout for families or entertaining, and extremely well- (and thoughtfully) appointed, with all of the kitchen, tech, and linen supplies you might need. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the pool area/backyard is wonderfully landscaped, with plenty of lounge chairs as well as a large table and chairs for outdoor meals. The location is within easy driving distance to anything you might want to reach in the area, and the neighborhood is quiet and residential. Though we weren't there quite long enough to explore the area by foot, the immediate Wainscott Woods area would be easy and safe for walks with small children. Alison was extremely responsive and helpful, and all in all, a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an escape, and hope to return myself very soon!

Summary: We had the pleasure of staying in this charming home for a long weekend in July. The house is spotlessly clean and beautifully presented (the ownders have great taste!). The downstairs area is comfortably appointed with a large living room as well as a smaller living area right off the kitchen so you can spend time together while preparing meals. The upstairs bedrooms are generous and have lovely bathrooms attached. We spent all of our time enjoying the gorgeous weather in the large pool and fenced in garden -- perfect for our 2 year old daughter and her friend. The pool has a series of large steps leading into the pool and the two girls spent hours sitting on the top step pouring water into buckets and exploring the back yard while we enjoyed the lounge chairs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with young children or couples looking to enjoy a convenient hamptons location in a beautiful home! We would definitely stay here again!
