This fully renovated and impeccably decorated summer get-away featuring vaulted ceilings, sliding glass doors, and balconies situated on a half acre of land adjacent to a nature preserve. For the environmentally minded guests - our home’s electricity is supplemented by solar panels.
Our home is a 2900 sq foot, two level open concept design and impeccably appointed space with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths.
The spacious and elegant primary bedroom (on the first floor) features a queen size bed, sliding glass doors that open up to a balcony equipped with 4 Adirondack chairs perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The balcony overlooks the backyard and has easy access to a new 18’ x 40’ built in saltwater pool (not heated). It also has its own full bathroom. Bedroom number 2 (first floor) features a queen size bed and large closet. Bedroom number 3 (first floor) features 2 twin beds and spacious armoire and clothes rack. Bedroom number 4 is very spacious (lower level) and private room featuring 2 twin beds for those who like a bit more privacy. Just steps away is the lower level bluestone patio where you will find teak lounges, a brand new 7 person jacuzzi, dining table (6) and built in BBQ.
The first floor features an open, bright and spacious fully renovated kitchen, vaulted ceiling, dining area that seats 8 and living room. There is also a balcony off the kitchen that is perfect for dining and entertaining al fresco. This space features a distressed finished parsons table that seats 6.
On the expansive lower level there is a wet bar and large entertainment room, large bedroom and full bathroom. There is also direct access to a private and beautifully landscaped backyard where you will find a large patio for outdoor dining / lounging, built in barbecue, 7 person hot tub and an 18 x 40 built in saltwater swimming pool (not heated). The property borders the a Nature Preserve where you will find some of the Hamptons most beautiful hiking trails. Just minutes (1 mile) from the very popular village of Sag Harbor and its many restaurants, shops, art galleries, beaches and marinas. Quick walk to Havens Beach.

Summary: My family (7 adults/1 toddler) stayed at this lovely home for a week mid-July. We had a great time at the house, which was only a few minutes drive to Sag Harbor. The best part of the house is certainly the pool and backyard area. It is spectacularly landscaped and the pool is divine. The entire area, from the grill/patio, to the floats and chairs and umbrellas is perfect for spending the entire day outside soaking up the sun and swimming in the cool water. The kitchen and family room is also a standout with plenty of space and seating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook full meals. And the couches are comfortable and adequately seated all of us. Pam, the owner, is incredible with communication and assistance. Any issues or questions were answered expediently and we appreciated how considerate she was to ensuring our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as it could be. All in all, this home really offered what we needed at this time as our family continues to grow!

Summary: The house was perfect! 7 minutes from downtown Sag Harbor with a secluded and beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub. The house is exactly as seen in photos. There are a few noodles and pool floats in the shed to use (we left two as well). We had everything we needed for a group of 8 30+ moms wanting to relax and celebrate an engagement.

Summary: We had an amazing stay. Pam our host was so easy to communicate with and helpful with all of our questions. the house was beautiful, immaculate, appears brand new, well maintained. Has everything we could need. The hot tub is amazing as is the large pool and beautiful private yard. The drive into town is about 5 minutes which is very convenient. The beds, pillows, towels were all excellent quality. Would strongly recommend!

Summary: Beautiful property! The description was accurate in every way. The interior was welcoming, modern, and contained every amenity you'd want/need. The backyard - pool and hot tub and privacy lanscaping - made it truly your own sanctuary! Just a few minutes drive to town for shopping and to enjoy the marina/water, and terrific restaurants. Pamela, the property owner, was professional, thoughtful, and made you feel as though it truly was your home during the stay! A lot of value for the price point - we would definitely stay there again!!
