Summary: I will start out by saying that we enjoyed our stay at this house. It seemed to be in a good location with easy access to a lot of restaurants, beaches, malls, and local activities. We specifically love to stay in houses with both a pool and a hot tub. This one had a saltwater pool. The house also had an arcade game and other games, which we enjoyed. Unfortunately, the first 2 days we had issues with the hot tub being too cool. We did message the owner and she was very quick with getting back to us to try and troubleshoot. By the third day, we had the temperature at 98, which was fine. As far as drinking water, the refrigerator was not hooked up to filtered water or ice, so we did have to bring in bottled water. The local tap water did not taste that great to us. Another issue we had on arrival was cleanliness. We found cigarette butts and red solo cups in the backyard. Two of the beds also had crumbs and false eyelashes in the sheets. While they appeared to be freshly made, we were put off by finding these items. Everything else seemed to be clean, just these few areas. We really did have a nice time here and we would go back. Just a few tweaks and it would be perfect.

Summary: The house was perfect! There were less of us than expected but room for all of us! All of the accommodations were perfect with amenities we did not have to bring or buy. The refrigerator was a total hit, as we played our music from there! The weather-not so great. Cloudy or short rain, but we used the jacuzzi and pool every day! It was a perfect stay! Thank you!

Summary: This property was just purchased by the owner a few months ago and it is clear they have already made significant investments in the property. The pool&spa are beautiful; but so new that the owners couldn’t schedule the sod installation before we arrived. The pool&spa heating setup is complex and currently tricky to figure out; but I believe the owner intends on creating a brief users guide with photos which will help tremendously. The listing needs to be updated to reflect that the backyard is now fully fenced in. The sunroom was delightful and my wife woke up every morning and enjoyed a peaceful cup of coffee out there. The owner was fantastic! She went out of her way to make sure my little puppy was welcome (she set up dog bowls and had treats waiting for her). She was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Location of the house worked well for us but perhaps not for everyone. It is just off of Rt 441/Hwy 7 and very convenient to plethora of great restaurants in West Boca and West Delray (Delray Marketplace is 10 min away). Rt 441 has a Publix 3 min away from the house and a Walmart and Target within 10 min. Mizner Park and Pineapple Grove nightlife about 25 min away; and same drive for beaches. A few other minor inconveniences were mentioned to the owner (like I would have preferred to have an actual dresser in the mstr bedroom rather than cubicles). Those various minor items led me to give a 4 star review; but with small pending improvements would be a 5*
