Perfect for a family summer beach holiday or a winter escape, this traditional two-storey house, one of a pair, has been lovingly restored to offer spacious accommodation. It has a large family kitchen, a welcoming open fire in the living room, the twin bedroom and the full size bunk bedroom both have a TV and there is table football in the hallway. The property lies just 100 yards from a glorious sandy beach – a paradise for children. The local shop and inn are just 100 yards away and it is ideally placed to take advantage of the myriad attractions this lovely area has to offer. First, the stunning, award winning, dog friendly beach for swimming or frequent sightings of the local seals. The beach has a lifeguard and boat launching facility in one of the seven perfect sandy bays that are formed by the off lining man-made reefs. The village of Sea Palling has a local fish shop, café, fish and chip shop, pub with music serving food all day, an amusement arcade, children’s playground and a water sports shop which also hires some equipment, all within a 100 metres from Beach House! Other local attractions include Great Yarmouth fun fair, Thrigby Zoo, boat hire and fishing on the Broads, inland water and nature reserves, and of course the latest treetop adventure park BeWILDerwood, which the children will love. A day out can be enjoyed at Norwich, a medieval city, with its castle, cathedral, fine dining, museums and excellent shops, which is just a short drive. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Summary: We really enjoyed our weekend. The house is in an amazing location steps from the beach & the park. Local amenities are great. Communication with the owner was excellent - his response times were unbelievably quick. The house was very comfortable & spacious and had everything we needed. We had a great time and couldn’t fault a thing.

Summary: Lovely house in a great location, plenty of room for a family of 7 and 3 dogs, it was lovely to have the beach on your doorstep the dogs loved thier walks on the beach, owners Paul & Angie were very accommodating, always on hand if we had any questions, very friendly, nice people, we spent Christmas at the house, it would be great to return in the summer months. Summary: Ample room for our group of 6. Interesting locations nearby, and very close to the sea which we appreciated, as home is as far as is it is possible to be from the sea! Summary: We had a fabulous week at beech house in sea Palling. We are a large family, with 8 children between us. Beech house met all our needs, with every room having an en-suite! The house is big enough to accommodate 10 easily, it’s well equipped and very clean. The owner Paul is also extremely helpful. During our stay we had an issue with the hot water but within 10 minutes of making the call to Paul he had popped in and repaired the fault. My partner left his coat at the cottage and this was returned to us at the owners expense. I cannot recommend this cottage enough! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Summary: Sea Palling has possible the best beach in Norfolk. We liked the house which was less than 100 yards from the sea. Two of the bedrooms are delightful room 2 could be improved. Not keen on the small desperate toilet and shower with two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge with its fire place is lovely.
