Next door is Deer Park Manor. This house is perfect for any group which wants to walk to and from an event. The house has a hot tub, pool table and the downstairs has a bar. 5 bedrooms, 7 beds and 3 full bathrooms. There is a small backyard with a cozy deck the hot tub sits next to. The kitchen is fully stocked, able to cook a thanksgiving meal. Large living rooms both upstairs and downstairs, so that everyone can gather in one space, or hang out in their own spaces.

Summary: Big, roomy place with plenty of bathrooms. Tastefully decorated. Clean with super comfy beds and pillows. Would recommend for larger families and friends. Would stay here again!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Plenty of room for our large family and being able to host everyone that came up for graduation. The main living area was updated and clean. We don’t have basements in Texas, so that was a fun experience for the kids. The bar was a nice set up. Definitely a great place for large groups since it has 5 bedrooms!

Summary: I wanted a place to take my children and grandchildren that we get all be together and enjoy the Hoosier experience of Indiana University. The four bedrooms three baths were the best for the 10 of us (5 adults, 5 kids 6-15). The kitchen is large and the table was amazing to fit all of us.. The beds were comfortable. They provide great pillows and bedding.. The only downfall was there was only one television and with a big game on and the kids wanting to watch something else we had to go to our devices. It would've been nice to have a TV upstairs as well as down.. other than that, I think we were quite happy.

Summary: The house is nicely decorated and clean. We never received any check in information, but were able to contact the host. There isn't any information at the property as far as internet access, hot tub directions, tv, check out instructions, etc. We again had to contact the host. The hot tub did not work properly for us and the pool sticks didnt have cues on them, which was a bummer since we chose the property for those extras. We did enjoy the full body message chair, huge table, and new appliances. There was also plenty of room for our large group.
