Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Dennis' townhouse. It is just as it looks in the photos - modern, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances, utensils, and cookware we needed, even glass Tupperware, which is so much better than plastic! There's a nice little porch off the kitchen with two tables and chairs that we enjoyed a few lunches on. Such a pleasant touch. We used the new clothes washer and dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets were provided, which was very thoughtful. Both bedrooms and their closets were spacious. We liked all the bathroom toiletries, which is rare for us! The towels were especially enjoyable. Dennis was very responsive any time I had a question. Overall, this is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. We highly recommend it!

Hoosier Happiness is as good as a short-term rental can get!

Summary: We stayed here for a weekend ultra-marathon trail race. It was a perfect property for the 4 of us with plenty of room and excellent amenities. It is literally minutes from all the popular locations within Bloomington. Wonderful host and great communication!

Summary: I was there for a visit to my IU student, and chose this place because it was cheaper than a hotel room (during Eclipse weekend). The home was immaculate and had every amenity. The owner was responsive, and the stay was very easy. Highly recommend.
