Summary: Everything was perfect -- the house, the location, the pool, and the amenities. It was clean, had everything plus (games, outdoor toys, indoor toys, carseat, pack'n play), and any and everything we needed throughout our stay.

Summary: We came to town for a family wedding, and we wanted a spot where three families could stay and not feel cramped. This house was perfect! Seating upstairs, downstairs and outside kept us as spread out as we needed.

Summary: The house is big and perfect for families. We all had space to spread out. Backyard was good. We enjoyed the fire pit. Kitchen was a little lacking for pots, pans and bowls for fixing a big dinner but we improvised and had a great dinner at the large table

Summary: Love this house. Decorated nicely with my favorite (Bison). Lots of room. Had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The pool was fantastic. Close to everything we planned to do. I would recommend this home.

Summary: Last of my kids vacation with us. First 2 were Round Rock and Gulf Shores. This house suited us just great. My Autistic grandson enjoyed his own room and the pool. He also had a TV all to himself. This house was close to the adventures my kids wanted to do. Coaster rides, river floats and good food. Learned about Cibolo, a town I had never heard of. So if you're looking for something besides hotels or campgrounds give this house a try. Our host Skip was great. Thanks again Skip for your house being just where we needed it to be. Pool cool too.
