Summary: Lovely home with a beautiful view. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Kitchen is well stocked. Sort of a challenge with 9 people and only 2 bathrooms but we made it work.

Summary: The Nest had everything we needed for a family stay for our son’s wedding. Owner was prompt with communication and flexible. The view from the covered front porch is gorgeous. Hope to visit again!

Summary: I highly recommend this place if you need time out in countryside. It's quiet and the view from the best is amazing. I really like the hanging rock rapter observatory which is around 13-15 minutes drive from the nest. The view from their is mesmerizing. We could see sunset and full moon rise.

Summary: Amazing! Excellent place. Completely stocked (esp, excellent cookware), comfortable, roomy, homey decor! The views from porch were awesome way to start and end the day! The location is surrounded by the most gorgeous scenery and so many trails to choose from! As well as other activities like the caverns. Owners are gems! Very friendly, accommodating and helpful! One of our group had some car issues leaving and they stopped by to see if could help! Their kindness was greatly appreciated! I could go on and on… however, check it out… you will not be disappointed and will want to give 5+++ stars, too!

Summary: Our group of 3 couples from our church, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the nest. We spent the majority of our time at the house, but also visited moncove lake and paint bank. We had everything we needed to cook our meals, comfortable beds to sleep in and activities at the house to enjoy. We played cornhole, built a fire and enjoyed a spectacular view from the front porch. We drove to Union to watch the Farmers day fireworks. The ladies liked the sauna. The owner was quick to reply to questions and the property was clean. Wish we had brought our binoculars to spot the wildlife across from us a little easier but it was fun none the less. We actually got ready to leave early and sat on the front porch enjoying our last half hour before we departed. Our trip was awesome and we may make this a yearly destination. Thank you for our weekend at the nest!
