5 Bedroom Home w/ Den with 5 Full Baths, 7-8 Person Hot Tub with One Bath-Tub Jacuzzi, Large Outdoor Entertaining Area, 7 Electric Fireplaces, Outdoor Propane Grill.
Game Room with Large Bar, Bar Fridge, Pool Table, Foosball Table, Shuffle Board Table, Poker Table, Karaoke Machine, Chess Board, Board Games for Adults and Kids., Fireplace.
Next to Heavenly Ski Resort (Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges), Near Casinos. Kid and Pet friendly. Very short hike for a Lake View on our Property, Home is right next to the Rim Trail across the street and behind home. Half a mile to Heavenly Ski Resort - Boulder Lodge. 3.4 miles to Casinos and Edgewood Golf Course.

2 Convection Ovens, 2 Dishwashers, 1 Microwave, 1 Gas Cooktop, 1-12 Cup Coffee Pot, 1 Latte Maker, Coffee Grinder, 4 Slice Toaster, Large Crockpot, Triple Crockpot Serve Station, Blender, 20 Cup Rice Cooker, Electric Griddle, Serving Dishes and Trays, Roast Pan, Hans Mixer, Tea Kettle, Variety of Spices/Seasonings.
Living Room has a DVD player and a good selection of DVDs.

We do provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash, enough toilet paper for a 2-3 day stay, 3 rolls of paper towels, dish detergent, dish soap, garbage bags, a small bottle of laundry detergent.

Summary: Everything you could ever want! We’ll stocked kitchen, beds made & comfortable with 2 towels each. Sliders off bedroom to balconies a plus. Game room was amazing. We had the best time! Hot tub was wonderful. Barbecue worked well. Would definitely stay again with a large group.

Summary: Have you heard the term “you get what you pay for”? Well with this property we definitely got what we paid for and then some!! This house accommodated my friends and a couple family memebers after my wife and I got married! Everything in the house was clean and functional as well as private restrooms for the bed rooms! There was plenty of space to entertain inside and out but these are all things that are in the listing. There are two reasons I would like to return to this property. 1. Central A/C was JUST installed before our stay and that made for maximum comfort! 2. For reasons involving my wedding I requested a little bit of an early check in and Ken was very friendly and able to accommodate! I HIGHLY recommend this property!!!!

Summary: My friends and I booked this location to attend the celebrity golf tournament and do some golfing of our own. The rideshare calls were easy and the 8 minute drive to Edgewood simple. Otherwise the house was loads of fun and the views from the top of the hill looking at the lake were breathtaking.

Summary: We all had an amazing stay. This place was big and spacious enough for our group. There was alot to do in this home. Many fun activities. We had a good time. The only thing was the stove. We had a hard time turning it on but eventually we got it turn on. Overall we all had a good time. Thank you Ken!

Summary: We had the full shabang of Tahoe weather with 8” of snow one day, and 70 degrees sunny the next. There were more than enough places to sleep, and things to do!! Heavenly was right there, and for the non skiers it was a short drive to all the bars :)

Summary: There was 20 of us and it was a blast! good deal. fun time. lots to do. comfy beds. lots of bathrooms. nice kitchen. BBQ works great. Hot tub is big and HOT. Wifi worked well. Pool table, shuffle board, and drinking bar was fun! heater kept us nice and warm. close to stateline and easy drive to shopping cenetrs. driveway and garage are spacious.
