Minutes to Heavenly Valley ski lifts!
Beautiful home elegantly furnished. Rebuilt in 2009, home has great room on the upper level with open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and wood burning fireplace. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator, Limestone baths, WIFI, and upgrade cablevision. Great room leads to a large deck with gas BBQ, great views, and two sets of tables and chairs for outside dining. Gas log firepit (ceramic logs) in lower patio area for summer campfires.
For your entertainment there is large Smart TV, Yamaha surround sound system and a pool table. Panoramic mountain views from the greatroom and adjoining large deck. Lower level has three bedrooms with two masters and a third bedroom with bunk beds (queen on bottom, full-size on upper). Ideal for two to three couples or one or two couples with children. Separate Laundry room with full size W/D. On the ground level, there is a large patio area with a gas fueled firepit, eight chairs, and a Picnic table for any meal. Located off the main road, the home is in a private location with great views of Heavenly Valley slopes. However it is less than five minutes to either Boulder or Stagecoach ski lodges. There is a kid's ski school at Boulder Lodge. There are children's plastic sleds and room to use them on the property depending on snowfall.
The Casinos, movie theaters, elegant dining, shopping, grocery stores and golf are all within 5 to 10 minutes away. A small market, restaurant, and the world famous Charthouse are just 3 minutes away. Lots of off street parking and a single car garage. Boat launching, several of Tahoe's best public beaches, horseback riding stables, summer music concerts, and world famous Edgewood golf course are just minutes away. Hiking in the U.S forest is just around the corner.

Summary: The house was exactly what we needed. Great views and great space! The upstairs large space is a perfect space to enjoy time with friends. We were able to shovel some snow and enjoy the patio also! Host did not forget anything and made sure guests can find the answer to any question they may have! Excellent stay!

Summary: The cabin was great! Owner was great at checking in on us to make sure we got in okay. There was a storm the day before. The pool table kept everyone entertained. Very roomy. I could cook in the kitchen and still be part of everything. Nice open floor plan. We were able to make a snow run along the side of the cabin where we could tube down. I would recommend this cabin. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Summary: Location was perfect for skiing at Heavenly and a perfect back yard for snow play. Owner were very communicative and helpful especially since our trip was delayed a day due to a snow storm. The open layout upstairs was great for family time and more then enough beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. Definitely play to stay here again.

Summary: My family spent 4 nights here for New Years. Cabin was beautiful. We enjoyed the gorgeous views. Relaxing by the fire place. Playing quite a few rounds of pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Hopefully we can book again!

Summary: The home and the surrounding areas are amazing. Mike (the owner) has provided an amazing home for anyone to enjoy. Quiet and away from the crowds, yet close enough to enjoy all the amenities of South Lake Tahoe. Mike was great to work with and communicated promptly with any needs. The family (4 of us) had plenty of room and enjoyed how the entire second floor was designated as the community area where the bottom were the bedrooms. The master shower... I want that setup in my house. The pool table is a nice feature as the family enjoyed numerous games. Highly recommend this place as it will easily sleep 6 comfortably.
