Five bedrooms in this beautiful ranch along with dining room, great room, kitchen with all the extras, and gorgeous light and bright all season room. Near I-35 for easy access to movies, shopping, sports activities, or simply enjoying the peaceful shaded back yard deck and patio. 1.5 miles from the BNSF Logistics Park, 1.5 miles from Meadowbrook Rehabilitation Hospital. Inviting front porch along with master suite which can accommodate children and adults. Plenty of room for the portable bunk bed or port-a-crib if needed (see costs) King sized bed in the master suite along with ceiling fan, large closet and master bath attached to laundry. Hardwood floors throughout except in master suite and all-season room which both have updated carpeting. Kitchen provides, frig with icemaker, full gas range, microwave, coffee nook, eating area and tile floors. Formal dining room with games available. Great room has television, lots of seating and opens to the dining area.

Summary: Clean, spacious older home that has been remodeled well. Great kitchen with new appliances. Fabulous master bath! Beds are super comfy. Close to train tracks, but noise was very minimal. Huge yard! Plenty of off-street parking and close to restaurants, grocery and drugstore.

Summary: The house is exactly what is listed plus more. It is conveniently located by many fast food restaurants and the highway. It was an amazing sunroom with a huge yard. We had 10 guest and we all fit very comfortably with much more room to spare. Kitchen is lacking a few items for cooking but we managed just fine. We would definitely rent the house again if in the area.

Summary: Joyce was great to work with. We had to be in touvh with her last minute in regards to last minute wedding changes due to COVID and she was very understanding and easy to work with. The property was perfect and spacious. Great place to stay and accommodate multiple familiy members. And everyone still have their own space. The yard is spacious and great to walk around and explore. There is a backyard patio with outdoor games to use. We had plenty of parking in the driveway and the town itself is very easy to get around. Everything is accessible within 5 to 7 minutes. When our next daughter gets married, we look forward to renting this space again. Thank you so much Joyce!

Summary: We rented this house for the bride and her bridesmaids for the night before the wedding. The house was perfect. Plenty of space, great rooms with mirrors for girls to get ready. The atrium room had tons of light for pictures. Highly recommend this house.

Summary: I was in town for my daughter's wedding. We needed a 'family friendly' place for everyone to gather for the rehearsal dinner; Joyce was accommodating and helpful. The house has everything we needed to feel,at home, i.e. clean, comfortable beds, linens etc. We had a large group, and could have used more cookware, but all in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Summary: Great spaces for conversations and being together. Convenient to the expressway (a short jag). The idea of staying in a house together was new for me, but it turned out to be a great bonding experience. The house was fine enough! :)
