I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great - right where we needed to be. The view was wonderful. The property is showing its age, but was clean. Two concerns: the cleaning fee was unexpected and quite high considering the short stay and only the bed and 2 hand towels used; also there was no hot water for showers or hand washing. I hope that gets repaired.

It is right on the beach so a fabulous swimming spot !! The condo was very comfortable and in good condition!

We received an upgrade to a nicer unit which was so kind. The bed was very comfortable. Place was as advertised. Communication with the company was very easy! 100% recommend.

Easy access, nice quiet waterfront, good place to dine and drink. We remember it as the Old Captain Jon,s, which was a bit pricey back in the day.Would recco this place highly

The only thing that I didn't really like was that the maid knocked and did not wait for a response before walking into the room.
