Summary: We had a wonderful time in Muncie. It was very nice to stay and relax close to the school and baseball field. We were able to cook and have dinner with our son. Thank you for letting us use your house. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Summary: I missed my family and granddaughters so much. I needed a safe, clean, affordable place to stay so I could visit them. This house checked all my boxes. So clean and in a nice little quiet area. I loved the fended in back yard for my little ones to just run and be kids after such a long drive. Great communication when I had questions. We would for sure stay again.

Summary: Very close to Ball State, very nice location. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable living spaces. It has a nice 'home' feel to it, warm and welcoming. I hope it is available the next time we are going to be in the area. Thank you!

Summary: A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back.

Summary: House was exactly as advertised quiet neighborhood close to campus, clean and the owners were a pleasure to work with, no concerns. Would rent again, if we travel to Muncie again!! We were in town for a family wedding, and we were within 10 minutes of the North Church Venue!!
