Positive: Location, rooms were all on the first floor.
Negative: There were no towel bars (they were all broken off from the wall). There were no pavers leading you to the side door so we had to walk in wet grass. Check out at 9am is absurd. I have a house rental in Florida and have cleaning crews come in for 4 hours. 11am is standard.
Summary: Would not recommend for anyone to stay based on the checkout time

Positive: The location was great. We could walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Having the grill was nice. We didn’t have the chance to use the fire pit, but maybe next time. The house was cozy, comfortable and clean. The master bedroom was spacious and lots of closet space. Washer and dryer was wonderful to have. The kitchen table was adorable. The kitchen was functional, bright and cheery.
Negative: The hall bathroom needed some counter space. There was no TV remote.
Summary: We had a fantastic time on our stay. We would recommend this house to all our family and friends.
