My home represents for me a place of meeting and security, where I can always be myself and always feel at ease.
It is very welcoming, large and spacious, has about 6 rooms including my room, the place that most represents me and where I spend most of my day and another room where, instead, it is more a relaxation area and therefore where I am when I'm tired, after long days.
Then there is the kitchen, a meeting place for the whole family where good times are exchanged even in the company of friends and relatives.
These are the rooms I have lived in most and where I spend the most time of my day.
My house is special every time I enter it I feel good, plus it gives me a feeling of joy during the sunny days, especially when the curtains are open and allow the intense sunlight to penetrate, which stops on the large walls white
Despite this, in the days when I am sadder or angrier my home becomes a small place, where I feel locked up, but here too I find comfort in my room.
For me, my home will always remain a place that I trust and am sure of. Every time I give my house to my guests I think that they too feel good. and indeed it is. Every time they arrive they describe the same emotions that I experience.
I decided to rent my house for two reasons. The first is what gives me a very important financial aid. but the second reason is what I like best. I have the opportunity to meet new people, new cultures, exchange new thoughts.

Summary: Cute house with very good equipment kitchen. Beach is 20 min by car and in the small village is surrounded by little mountains. Very reliable and sympathy landlord. Answers very fast. Absolut a recommendation

Summary: The house is a perfect place for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is really well equipped and an easy place to cook for a bigger group. There are very nice beaches nearby. Only the neighborhood can be a little loud from time to time because of barking dogs. We had a wonderful time especially since Adriana is such a great host.

Summary: Very nice well presented accommodation. All facilities as described. Communications from Adriana where excellent all replies within an hour. Located in small village under the mountains. Easy access to the lovely sandy beaches within 5 miles. We were able to go to Pisa a couple of times with all its history worth a visit. We also went to Lucca which was excellent I had not heard before but the city inside the walls is very vibrant and only 25 minutes drive. Also we went to Florence which is also a lovely city with many monuments. The pool at the villa although a little cool in September was nice to relax in. All necessary kitchen equipment , home from home. The only suggestion I would make to Adriana is that maybe a small portfolio with where bars, restaurants and supermarkets are would be helpful. I would add we had no problem finding them but usually find information left in other villas. All in all thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Summary: Villa highly recommended. Beautiful poperty with a well maintained garden and good sized pool. Located in a quiet part of a small village. Excellent and safe for children as well. Adriana, the owner is very kind and helpful. Upon arrival she made us a delicious pasta and brought a nice bottle of prosecco. She is always available, do not hesitate to ask where to eat or what to visit. Our stay was excellent, really enjoyed it. We'll definetely return. Grazie Adriana!

Summary: We had a great time in the “ Riviera Toscana” for a couple of weeks on July. This Villa was the perfect base to relax in comfort and explore both the Toscana coast and its inland. Twenty minutes from Lucca , Pisa , Viareggio´s beaches, and within an hour to Florence. We were a couple of families with 5 kids aged from 8 to 13. The villa itself is fine, with well appointed rooms, a well furnished kitchen , and a cute garden . Adriana is a consummate host, (the best we have met during some years ), keen to please , even one day she provided to us with a marvelous toscanian dinner, delicious. We shall keep great memories of this two weeks, and hopefully we will return there someday. Juan and the others from Spain.

Summary: We have spent a wonderful week in this villa in August 2012. The place was big and comfortably accommodated four adults and four children. Everything was clean and well looked after. The fully enclosed garden with remote controlled gate was excellent for our young children. In addition, the house is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The owners, Adriana and Daniele, live next door and are always available. They helped us find the right beaches, small local villages and shops. Furthermore, they have also made us dinner one night. On our last night, Adriana suggested and made reservations to one of the local restaurants where the food and service was absolutely out of this world! It was also really good to see that we were the only non-Italian customers. Overall, we really enjoyed the villa and the hospitality of the owners. We can highly recommend it as we will be coming back to here.
