Summary: Rimbachzell is conveniently situated in the heart of the Alsacian region with tons of activities within a short drive (half an hour away from Mulhouse or Colmar, close to the Grand Ballon and the Ecomusee d'Alsace, etc ). We were welcomed by our friendly host Rodolphe who took us to the house and spent some time showing us the facilities and recommending places to visit or restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. Everything was as per the description on the website. It was clean and spacious for our family of 5 and had everything we needed for our stay (including the internet for our teenage kids!). It was quite cold while we were there (even some snow in the air) but the house became quite cosy once we worked out how to use the heaters. It felt like home and we had a great time visiting the Ecomusee and the Car Museum, as well as driving to the Grand Ballon for the view. We wish we had had more time and would come back to Rimbachzell and Mr. Lieb's 'gite rural' with pleasure. A big thank you.
