Positive: 5 star luxury from the moment you pull up to this property! To say we were blown away by how incredibly thoughtful and kind the hosts were would be an understatement. There was a spread of fresh bread, jams and sandwich fillings upon our arrival which was perfection. Every aspect is so well thought out to make this such an unforgettable experience from the gym, on site, tennis court and having your own private hot tub we didn’t want to leave. I’ve been recommending this place to everyone and anyone because I’m so confident anyone would leave after having the most positive experience. Already can’t wait to be back!

Positive: It was amazing from the minute we arrived to the moment we left 2 days later.....I did not want to leave. You walk in the door to this beautiful welcoming heat just the perfect temperature & it remains warm throughout the whole stay without touching a thermostat. The kitchen is fully kitted out with absolutely everything one could need even has a fabulous coffee grinding machine. The host leaves dishwasher tablets & wash pods as well as teabags sugar cooking oil salt pepper ketchup cereals etc. I had brought alot of this stuff with me just as it's self catering & to save a little money by eating breakfast & lunch at home. Turns out i didn't need to bring a single thing!! They also left us an amazing welcome pack with fabulous homemade food from the Food Hall in Nenagh.....this included homemade brown bread & white sourdough, coleslaw, pasta salad, lettuce & pepper salad, a huge tray of freshly cut meats turkey ham cheese etc. There was also complimentary bottles of water, apple juice, orange juice, butter, milk as well as a bottle of wine & a few vodka mini bottles. We are a family of 5 though there was only 3 on this visit but I have travelled all over Ireland & abroad for holidays & once I came across something similar in Skibbereen 19 years ago & they also left a welcome pack but this completely me away. I forgot to mention the delicious mini jars of strawberry raspberry blackcurrant jams & marmalade & local honey 🍯 The beds were so comfortable, the shower was amazing, the couches would suck you in until you melt away into a relaxation trance!! The fireplace & flat screen TV perfectly positioned for cosy curl up sofa time!! Another big flat screen TV in a bedroom for teenagers/ kids. Underfloor heating, black out blinds, stylish & elegant decor, completely sound proof windows & doors....

Positive: Prosecco, cheese board and lovely fresh bread on arrival! Place is spotless, and a great spot for a little country getaway. Definitely recommend for any couples, especially if you have pets.

Positive: Everything, a real surprise. Very clean, comfortable, great living space and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Hot tub was a real bonus , in a little private courtyard. Robes and slippers, food in fridge on arrival . Gym, putting mat and tennis courts. Not enough time to enjoy it all.

Positive: Photos don't do it justice. The place was really pretty, clean and comfy. We were greeted with bread cheese, cold meats and some condiments which was a nice touch. We didn't have to leave to get food on our first night thanks to these snacks and could enjoy the jaccuzzi for longer. Only 30min drive away from Killaloe and Lough Dergh.
