You'll have a zero step, private entrance with keypad lock and a private 2 car garage and oversized driveway. You will be the only guests staying in the home and the entire house and yard will be yours.

Getting Around:
Excellent location on Spokane's desirable South Hill and within 5 miles of local hospitals and downtown.
