This lovely home is designed for families and business travelers seeking a an oasis in the desert. This is not a party home. 3 bedrooms, each with their own new modern bath. Spacious living areas, updated kitchen has granite & all stainless appliances. Enjoy new comfortable mattresses & fine linens. Entire back of the house offers views of the backyard & sparkling swimming pool.
Modern furnishings, glowing hardwood floors & shutters throughout. 3 Samsung Smart TV’s with Hulu +Showtime and Apple TV in living room. Coded entry, high speed internet, 2 car garage. Kids & pets have access to part of the yard sectioned off from pool area. Great West El Paso location tucked away on a private cul-de-sac street. Comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Each bedroom is independent from the others, making it perfect for couples or families staying together wanting a bit of privacy.
$50 pet fee per pet and $250 cleaning fee will be charged for excess pet hair. Linens must be used to protect furniture.
Don’t hesitate to inquire about any special requests including those for your dogs. PLEASE NO PARTIES, we have a 2 car and 8 person maximum.
Need to sleep 8? No problem we will setup an air mattress for an additional $20 per night. Please inquire.

Summary: The place is modern, clean and spacious for the 6 of us staying. We had 2 per bedroom and each bedroom had its own private bath. Kitchen is large and has all necessary utensils and stocked well. We will definitely stay again if available next winter.

Summary: This was a great experience. Argelia is a fantastic host, and her home is lovely. Open, bright, and stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. The pool area is a great plus, and everyone spent as much time as possible out there. The TVs and Internet are also great and faultless, so we all had plenty to do at every moment. We noticed a few things were running low, and she not only told us where to look but offered to go to that market and drop off more for us. Such great service. A++. Next time we are in El Paso, I. hope you will have us again.

Summary: This place was immaculate, well decorated, and completely stocked with everything you could need for a restful vacation. The cherry on the sundae was the pool and the peaceful backyard. We watched the sunset every night. I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: The house was very clean. The house was also equipped with all the kitchen items you might need! They also have baby items, pack n play and high chair! Will be staying here again!

Summary: Lovely property in quiet neighborhood. Owner was responsive to all our questions and our stay went off without any problems. The pool was clean and refreshing in the 100 plus temps. House was cool and nicely furnished. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. We did bring plastic wine glasses for poolside. I would recommend this house for anyone who is visiting El Paso.

Summary: Our family of 4 - including 2 adult children - had a wonderful stay. The house really is as pictured and we found it to be very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. And the host was incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay again and recommend it highly.

Summary: After navigating the great state of TX (14 hrs), it was nice to call this property home for three days. We enjoyed the pool everyday and usually a night swim. This was exactly what we needed to relax and get ready for our next adventure!

Summary: We loved staying here and can't wait to stay again. The property was exactly as portrayed. We brought our pup and there were dog bowls, dog beds, and even a leash available for use if needed. The backyard is completely fenced in so perfect for those traveling with their pet. We loved grilling out, enjoying the pool, and watching the glorious desert sunsets! I haven't done a cannonball off of a diving board in 15 years but happy to report I've still got it. What are you waiting for? If your dates are available book it. You won't regret staying here. It's an ideal Vrbo!
