Summary: The way the bath and shower had been designed is just inacceptable : it is just impossible to take your shower without banging your head on the ceiling which is very low. In the room next to ours, it was the same! You cannot 5* to a hotel, where you do not have the possibility to take a shower in normal conditions, this is the basics .

Summary: amazing hotel. we booked for wedding anniversary. Hotel met and exceeded all expectation, from service, design and amenities. Sauna and swimming pool are great, hotel is very nice and bright, and town is nice to visit for a day or two as well. Parking is available at hotel for 25 Euro but also free in the town. Breakfast was good, especially omelet was tasty. Will come again

Summary: Fantastic place for a brief stay in the Alsace wine region. The way the hotel has been built into essentially four old framework houses is stunning. The services and atmosphere are top. This was way above our expectation.

Summary: Absolutely everything about this hotel and stay was perfect - the spa was gorgeous, the staff were incredible and the room was brilliant. EXCEPT that they charged me twice! I told them at checkout that I had already paid through Expedia, but they insisted on charging me again saying the first one was a holding charge. A few days later, both payments have been taken and completed. If I hadn’t double checked I might never have noticed!!

Summary: Very nice designed new property with great combination of modern functionality in a 16th century winery house. Great rooms and a great spa build into the old cellars plus exceptional reception and bar area.

Summary: Great hospitality of the front office staff, they listen and understand customer needs. The pool and sauna are wonderful. I appreciate the interior design and deco which have turned an old cellar to a boutique hotel.
