If you are looking for a villa with an exceptional sea view, welcome to the villa "Rêve de Sud". A real favorite villa for an exceptional stay.
Located on the heights of Les Issambres, this 5* villa has an incredible panoramic sea view over Saint Tropez and its bay (which can be admired from the terrace, swimming pool, living room, bedroom, garden)
Very sunny with its south south west exposure, this villa of 140 m2 and a plot of 1200 m2 is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
The villa can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms:
- the masterbedroom with its double bed, its bathroom and its WC
- two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom and a toilet
- a 4th independent bedroom (accessible from the garden) of 20 m2 with a double bed, TV, a bathroom and a WC.
With its open kitchen (aesthetic, functional and very well equipped), the living room opens, through a large bay window with brick partition, onto a very large terrace overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez.
The terrace overlooks a private swimming pool of 8.5 X 4 meters. The swimming pool is maintained and cleaned weekly and can be made safe for children. The swimming pool is heated from the beginning of March until the end of November. For the bravest, know that the swimming pool is equipped with a counter-current swimming system.
You can relax in the sun on the sunbeds on the various terraces of the villa or in the shade under a magnificent hut. In the wooded garden, you can play boules on the pétanque court and table football.
To relax, the villa has a 5-seater outdoor jacuzzi with sea view (operates all year round). The jacuzzi is cleaned and maintained weekly by a professional. The water is changed for each new tenant.
Many other services are included: TV, WIFI, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning…
This unique villa is 5 minutes by car from beaches (public and private) and shops. Located on the heights of Les Issambres, the car is essential.
From the villa you can visit the beautiful towns of the region: Sainte Maxime, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Pampelone and its beaches... You can also visit Saint Tropez 30 minutes away by car or by taking advantage of the maritime shuttles which depart from the port of San Peire (5 minutes drive from the villa) and crossing the bay in 20 minutes.

Summary: We stayed as a family of 5 at this fantastic villa. Property is well maintained - pool and jacuzzi have amazing sea views. The day beds are a great luxury. Good quality air conditioning throughout the villa. You need to cross the pool area and descend a small flight of stairs to reach one of the bedrooms - but this was great for our 20 yr old son and gave some independence. To reach the property require a steep drive so driving confidence is required. Boat to visit St Tropez is only a 10 minute drive from the house. Stephane, the owner was always available to help or answer any questions. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Summary: Stunning property with great views over the med. We stayed for a week in the middle of Covid. Were looking for something that we would be happy not to leave and we were not disappointed. The house was beautifully decorated, including the outside space. The kitchen is well equipped and everything worked well. The pool was perfect, the jacuzzi great and the outside beds were just heaven. For families, note the second en suite bedroom is away from the main house so not for those who might get frightened alone at night although it really is beautiful. One small downside is that the house is located right up the hill so unless you are quite fit, you'll need a car to go anywhere. One suggestion for the owner - it would be great to have some information on suggested restaurants, opening times and locations of local supermarkets and maybe the timetable of the boat to St Tropez. Overall though, a really special house.

Summary: Since 15 years we are spending our vacation at Cote azure. This year we had the privilege to stay at Rêve de Sud The villa offers all comfort you can imagine. Summary: We loved our stay at Villa Reve De Sud. The Villa is well equipped and the view is absolutely incredible. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. There are many lovely outdoor seating areas and a brilliant brick barbeque which we enjoyed on many evenings. There are three different dining areas and the villa is very spacious. The area is very peaceful and quiet and located a 5 minute drive from local shops and the beach. Stephane was very accommodating and welcoming. He responded to my queries exceptionally quickly. I will be going back to this Villa in the future as it was brilliant.

Summary: I have just returned form a fabulous week in Villa Reve de Sud. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay, The villa was very clean and well appointed. It is exactly as it looks on the pictures, stunning views, great heated pool and we loved the hot tub. In general just a great space to share with family or friends. We will certainly be back.

Summary: Villa Reve de Sud was just like the photos on the website or maybe even better since the photos actually don't do justice to the view over the bay of Les Issambres. The villa has everything you can possibly need, great kitchen, BBQ, lovely modern bath room and the terrace is just perfect with both a lounge set, a hut with lounge beds, a dining table and next to the BBQ on the porch a dining table as well. Sitting in the hot tub at night looking at the stars you just never want to leave this place! Will we come back? Definitely! Stephane is a great host as well, taking care of everything, details included!!
