Backing onto the hill, overlooking the sea at an altitude of 50 m, this ground floor of villa with 2 large rooms, independent and pretty, equidistant between Saint Tropez and Estérel (25 kms) can accommodate up to to 4 people on approximately 75 m2.
We have just renovated it completely to make it as pleasant as possible. It is located on the ground floor of our villa, in a quiet area, less than 5 minutes by car from the center of San-Peire, its shops and its Provencal Monday morning market.
It has a large sunny terrace in the morning where you can take your meals or rest, facing the sea.
Access on foot (5 to 10 minutes) to the sandy beach of Girelliers and to the rocks of the Parc des Issambres.
You can walk by the sea on the coastal path, in the creeks and on the sandy beaches or access the many activities of the beaches and the marina, tennis overlooking the rocks, or the Golf of Sainte Maxime.
Sea shuttles allow, in 25 minutes, to go shopping in Saint Tropez or to visit the magnificent Lerins or Porquerolles islands, while avoiding the difficulties of road traffic.

Summary: I absolutely loved my one week stay in Les Issambres thanks to Alain and Murièle. This guest house at the base of their villa is gorgeous with unbelievable views and lovely decor. It feels completely private and they are the perfect hosts - making sure you have everything you need, and even offering warm and generous touches like fresh croissants delivered every morning. My time at their home and in the area was more than I imagined - and the location of their villa is perfect for being close to everything while at the same time having some space from crowds - very important to someone from NYC like myself! I cannot give a higher recommendation and plan to return.

Summary: Muriele and Alain were the Perfect hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible; they were kind, friendly and discreet. The Apartment couldn’t have been more perfect; the highlight were the views from the terrace and the sunrise views from the bedroom and living rooms; we never wanted to leave the place and when we finally did, it was so easy and nice to get around by foot. We can’t wait to come back :)

Summary: Alain and Murièle are fantastic hosts. They made us very welcome in their lovely apartment. We have stayed in many apartments and this was the best. They have thought of everything that is needed to make this a home from home. We could not have asked for more. The apartment is spotlessly clean and spacious.
