Laura Hills offers guests privacy and tranquility, but the most stunning feature is the fabulous, unobstructed views of breathtaking coastline, from all rooms and levels; from the lower garden and pool areas, ( enjoy sea views while swimming in pool), then up to verandas, living areas and bedrooms there are panoramic sea views - villa is unique in this way. Sea views are not mere far-off images of sea horizon, but proper sea views - sea is so near you can see the waves. Its mountain location provides a tranquil, natural setting - and wonderful evening breeze.
Laura Hills is conveniently situated in the picturesque village of Peyia, yet nestled in a hillside and overlooking the sea, in a quiet cul-de-sac. This spacious and attractive two storey villa with its elegant, comfortable and modern style has been luxuriously furnished, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. External features include al fresco dining and bbq areas with large dining table + chairs + rattan sofas - a large kitchen terrace and a frontal, circulating terrace area, along the length of the villa, providing both sun and shade at various times of the day, thereby suiting all guests' preferences. Steps lead down to the large 10 x 5 m private pool with Roman steps. There is a gate at the top of the stairs, leading down to pool and pool terraces and sunbeds with thick, ULTRA COMFORTABLE mattresses to enjoy relaxing. Pool area has sun all day, with optional shade provided by parasols.To the front of villa there are mature, natural-looking Mediterranean trees and shrubs, (+ fruit trees). To the side and rear of the villa you find yourself within the wild, partly granite, (= unusual), mountainside of Peyia, roaming goats included! English housekeeping team maintain property to high standard of cleanliness. Although popular with honeymooners due to sheer romance, beauty and privacy of villa, it is also a welcoming home where families and friends can enjoy beauty and solace - and great outdoor living : sea, mountain, garden, pool. Villa includes, ( incl in price), independent use of air conditioning / heating units in all 3 bedrooms and living areas + kitchen, ( 5 in total / excellent make, providing clean, hygienic filtered air / silent) , wifi access, legal cable TV + Smart tv + 'welcome pack'. There are optional blinds in all 3 bedrooms, as well as curtains, fly screens - and a quality hairdryer in each bedroom.
Luxurious linens and generous supply of bath and beach towels are provided.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Laura Hills. Tracy and Nicos met us and were great hosts. The villa was perfect for myself and my husband, well appointed and spotlessly clean. We know Cyprus well and have stayed in many villas, Laura Hills is pur favourite and we will be staying there again soon.

Summary: We have stayed in numerous villas in Peyia over the last 10 years and this has been the best by far. The location is perfect, with great views. The villa is a great size and plenty big enough for 6 adults, with enough sunbeds (very comfortable) and parasols. The owners have obviously spent a lot of money on renovations and everything is high quality, including the beds and cotton linen. There is nothing lacking in this villa, plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels, which is great as there is no need to pack any. There is even a cooler bag and ice packs to take to the beach. The welcome pack was great too, meaning no urgency to visit the supermarket. The host, Tracy, is very helpful and responsive to messages and is very knowledgeable about the area and places to visit. This really is a superb villa and i would highly recommend it for a relaxing break.

Summary: My parents and my partner stayed for 2 weeks early September. The villa is immaculate with everything you could ever need. There was also a mid stay clean which was lovely and kept the villa clean for our whole stay. The beds were comfortable and the pool lovely. The views spectacular and such a convenient location. Tracy was amazing from start to finish. She provided us with lots of great tips and good places to visit/eat and was always available if needed and so helpful whenever I contacted her. We will definitely back. Thank you Tracy!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Laura Hills. The hosts were super helpful throughout our stay. The villa had all day sun, the welcome pack was very generous and Tracy ensured the pool was attended too three times a week, the mid stay clean was completed quickly and with very little disruption. We were lucky enough to see some goats at the back of the villa on the mountain too. We have been to Cyprus for 9 years in a row and will definitely return to Laura Hills.

Summary: Our stay could not have been better! This spacious villa was perfect for our 2 week stay (3 adults & 2 kids aged 17 & 13). Initially our 17yo was not joining us on this holiday however at the last minute booked a flight for the 2nd week, Tracy was more than happy to accommodate at no extra charge (thank you!). Check in was great, Nicos met us and showed us around the property despite our flight getting in 4 hrs late and us not getting to Peyia until 3am. At all times Tracy kept in contact with us. We had a late flight home and Tracy was more than happy to let us stay at the villa until the evening, again a massive thank you! The villa is immaculate, spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The outdoor area provides the most amazing views of the sea and surrounding area. The location is ideal and close to Coral Bay restaurants and the beaches (we prefer Corallia). We visited Agios St Georges harbour where there is a small beach and we swam with the sea turtles. The restaurants in Peyia are definitely worth a visit . Tracy and Nicos are brilliant hosts, who provided an amazing welcome pack and who are very easy to be contacted - they could not have been more helpful. We will, without a shadow of doubt, be back to stay in this beautiful villa.

Summary: A beautiful villa with outstanding sea views. It was great to wake up in the morning and look out across the ocean. The villa is really comfortable and such a relaxing place to stay.
