Summary: This property is really well set out, with loads of excellent equipment, making for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the easy to use electric barbecue and spacious balcony. Beds are comfortable and aircon/heating superb. Plenty of hot water. Washer dryer and dishwasher makes life easy.

Summary: Property ideally located near beech unfortunately, Argelès sur Mer planning leaves a great deal to be desired. Building permits, road planning, etc. very 19th century.

Summary: We had a superb time at this excellent first floor house. Very private within a locked gate. Private stairs lead to a large shaded balcony with a canopy. The immaculate house was fully equipped with more than enough crockery, cutlery & glasses. The air conditioning worked a treat. Good shower & bathroom. Parking on the street was very safe. Less than 30 seconds walk to the beach! We were checked in & out by a lovely and helpful lady. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house.
