Caribbean Breeze is a bright, updated home just 50 yards from the beach access with 8 bedrooms, 7 baths, and comfortably sleeps 23. Guests can enjoy the private heated saltwater pool and gulf views. Walk straight out the front door to a quiet, private beach access, allowing you to avoid the traffic and crowds with plenty of room to set up your umbrella right next to the water - even in the summer! Two separate living areas (one on the ground floor) make the home great for large families. The ground floor also includes a king bed master suite with a new private bathroom (shower) and kitchenette, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Enjoy the wonderful Gulf views from the expansive covered porches and living areas. The house comes with internet-connected TV’s, an Apple TV, games and puzzles, and DVD players. When you are not at the beach, you can relax and enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard that contains a large 24 foot by 12 foot newly paved and refinished, heated, saltwater swimming pool. The large, spacious lawn now also includes a real putting green making it the perfect place to play bocce ball or other lawn games or to work on your golf game. There’s even a basketball goal in the driveway for the kids and cornhole next to the swimming pool.

Thank you for a well-equipped kitchen. The pool and corn hole are great. The bikes were well maintained and we enjoyed them. Lounge chairs are broken and should be replaced. Summary: Our group of ten (four couples) and two single adults thoroughly enjoyed our trip to 30A and specifically our stay at the "Caribbean Breeze" house. Four of the eight bedrooms were en suites with private bathrooms that provided separation and privacy that was very nice. There were 3 other full bathrooms for the remainder of the guests to use. Two Large bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms are on the top floor - the front bedroom had a deck and views of the Gulf where the back bedroom was also large and great for sleeping. The smallish kitchen, living room area, large deck and two bedrooms (one ensuite) were on the second floor - as well as the dining room area and an additional high top dining table. There were 4 bedrooms (one ensuite) plus a sleep sofa/living room on the ground level and another kitchenette. Each bedroom had a television which was a great bonus. The outside heated pool was also a popular hotspot for everyone. We had three minor issues - wifi password), pool bypass button and television remote issues - that were addressed (one immediately by phone - the wifi) by Royal Destinations who manages the property. There was frequent communications from them - our check-in was flawless. They answered immediately and sent a knowledgeable and professional handyman to address the issues the next day. Very pleased with their responsiveness.We also had a package delivered after we had already left and checked out and they were able to retrieve it and sent it back! Nice!
