Positive: Excellent location, short drive to everything in Bathurst, spectacular scenery and local walk along ‘Skyline’ We appreciated the welcome basket of goodies, the coziness of the heating and the amount of comfortable seating inside and out. Very comfortable beds. Brian was an excellent host and very responsive.

Positive: the property was lovely and had a lot of space. The rooms were tidy and clean.

Negative: We where not told that the care taker would be in his caravan on the sight maybe 100 metres away. Some of my guests felted uncomfortable with this and didn't feel comfortable using the the pool as the man and his wife were in full view of us swimming. Additional we found a small blood stain on the sheets when we arrived.
