Welcome to our spacious accommodation with four bedrooms upstairs, two king beds, two queen beds, a toddler bed, a , and a packnplay. ( availupon request ) The lower level, with exit, has four single beds .
The upper bathroom features a separate shower and soaker tub.
The living room, with seating for ten, has a wood-burning fireplace and a 60” smart TV, and Sonos music system.
The dining room can seat 18 guests.
The main floor shower,is handicap-accessible w/ washer/dryer,full freezer w/ice maker. Powder room on the main floor
Our fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee pot, coffee grinder, Keurig, soda water machine, Alclad pots, pans, bakeware, trays, small appliances, crystal wine glasses, ice buckets, martini glasses, dishes, bowls, glasses etc
The main floor also features a fully-equipped gym with , treadmill, step master, free weights, ropes, boxing gloves, mats, weight bench, and a TV with a DVD machine.
The lower level, with exit to the patio, four single beds, two Queen blowup ( avail upon request w/additional fees ) beds a smart TV, and a private workspace & play space.
The main floor screened-in patio includes a bar, smart TV, fire table, , wind/sun shades, and ample seating.

A games barn with a comfy couch and seating , TV, shuffleboard, foosball, dartboard w/professional darts, poker table with comfortable chairs and poker chips, corn hole ,pool table and sooo much more.

Summary: Very thoughtful accommodations. Can’t think of a thing that we needed that wasn’t there. Beautiful eclectic decor with visitor’s comfort in mind. A few minor hiccups upon arrival that were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Had a great time.

Summary: I don’t even know where to begin it was beyond amazing. The property is amazing in the listing and blows it out of the water in person. Gina the property manager was so helpful words can’t explain. I would recommend to everyone and anyone this is the best rental I’ve ever stayed at.

Summary: Fabulous place for a large family get together. Extremely well equipped with lots of nice thoughtful touches(some cooking essentials, bath products, welcome treats). Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our second time renting it at this time of year, we enjoyed it that much ! Host is very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. Lots to do at the property for family members of all ages .Highly recommended!

Summary: Where to start... This property is truly amazing! There's so much to do that you'd probably need to stay for a week to get it all in. Three couples enjoyed a weekend get away at the Fat Raccoon on a beautiful fall weekend. In addition to the many activities at the property, we also took in Port Rowan, Long Point and a 2.5 hour walk in the adjacent conservation area. All were stunning. Evenings were also a highlight with a great space to prepare dinner and also to hang out and enjoy a fire. Thanks Alvina and Gina for being great hosts!
