Welcome to this spacious Duplex Penthouse in popular Guadalmina Alta. With its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 terraces there is an abundance of space to relax and catch the sun all day long.
In this holiday rental you will find a fully-equipped kitchen and a bright, large open-plan living/dining area. The kitchen has a filter coffee machine and a pods coffee machine. The decor has been carefully selected paying attention to detail and its light colours are cohesive throughout the entire apartment. There is also a private terrace next to the lounge with sofas to unwind in, and a table to dine alfresco. Also in the main floor you will find the first bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom right outside.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both en-suite and with their own private terraces. One terrace has two sun loungers - ideal for sunbathing whilst having a cold beverage. The other one has a small table with chairs, which call for a good evening conversation in the open-air or breakfast in the early morning sun.
The flat has its own underground parking space and it is located within an complex with three pools. The residential area of Guadalmina is perfect for those looking for a bit of a secluded and peaceful area to spend their holidays, yet still just a 15 minute walk away from San Pedro town centre with all its amenities.

Summary: the apartment is stunning, beautifully furnished and the views are just amazing. We stayed over a month and we would have stayed even longer if possible :) Thomas and his team are very helpful and nice. absolutely great hosts and house.

Summary: We spent 2 weeks at this apartment and could not have been happier. The apartment is even lovelier than shown in the pictures and very spacious and clean. It is located in a quite area but also very close to San Pedro centre. Would definitely stay again in the future !

Summary: The flat, fast internet access, very clean, very pleasant interieur furniture carefully picked, ah and the WEBER Grill, we had great evenings on the fantastic terrasse. Can’t add anything here :)) The owner should consider putting some sunblind, it can get a bit unpleasant in the afternoon on the terrace and in the living room. We were in autumn, in summer this may get too hot.
