Welcome to our beautiful private one bedroom apartment just outside of downtown Kalamazoo. Our recently renovated apartment is the perfect place for both work and pleasure.
Located on the edge of the historic district, this neighborhood offers a charming and convenient location with access to local eateries and nightlife. We highly recommend checking out some of the amazing restaurants and breweries in the area, including the famous Bell's Brewery and Old Dog Tavern- a great spot to catch some local talent.
The unit is completely private, so you will have it all to yourself. Our apartment also features onsite coin operated laundry on the main level for your convenience. In addition to the vibrant local scene, you will also have endless opportunities for entertainment with sporting events, concerts, wine tastings, and more. And if you need to get around, Kalamazoo Metro Transit is available nearby, as well as Lyft, Uber, and local taxis for longer distances. We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so we offer a roll out bed upon request before your check-in.

Summary: The apartment was nice and clean. Even thoigh there is a restaurant next door, the noise was not noticeable once inside the apartment. It was nice to find a small supply fo coffee and tea for the first morning. Communication was great. Check in was easy. The only negative was only a used sponge was left to clean dishes..there was not a dish cloth. Also, there was a sign in the bathroom to use the dark make-up washcloth for make-up but one was not provided. I would definitely stay here again. Very good location with a child attending WMU.

Summary: The information sent to check in could not be accessed. When I would click to get the message it said “oops something went wrong on our end”. I could not access the property contact directly so had to call VRBO directly. Very frustrating

Summary: The apartment was lovely, clean, well-appointed. But there was an outstanding drawback for those with mobility issues. We are seniors and found climbing the stairs outside the building treacherous, so much that we made an effort to be inside before dark. Lower level stairs were made with 1-2 inch rock and railroad ties, very unsteady. One of the railings was missing too.

Summary: This was the best location for walking to the game and tailgating on campus. The deck was perfect for hanging out with our friends who rented the place below us. The place was very well equipped and comfortable. We'd love to come back next year!
