Summary: This property provided everything we were looking for this was our 20+ year of going to the Keeneland Fall Meet. Property had quick & easy access to get to Keeneland in 10 minutes. House had open floor plan & large tv which made it great for watching football & baseball playoffs in the evening. Also was convenient to grocery stores & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My family plus my extended family (Aunts, Uncles, Grandmom) stayed in this house for UK graduation. It was perfect. Well stocked and impeccably clean. And when I had questions, they could not have been more responsive. Highly recommend.

Summary: The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The listing said hot tub and the photo shows a pool, but it had neither. Nevertheless our stay was good.

Summary: This is a great location to enjoy a weekend in Lexington. The house is very clean and plenty of room for 8 people. It is well equipped with everything you would want in your own home. Nice quiet neighbourhood and enjoyed the fire pit in the spacious backyard.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for a Lexington getaway weekend. The location is ideal. Centrally located to Keeneland, the airport, downtown Lexington, numerous horse farms and bourbon trail distilleries. Our host was very responsive and accommodating for any needs, wanting to ensure we’d have a 5-star experience. Initially, there was a mistake in the listing, which he promptly rectified and compensated us for. The house was comfortable and stocked with plenty of linens. Would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: The property is in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping, dining, and local attractions. We were meeting family for Christmas and the host did an excellent job of setting up a beautiful Christmas tree and having it decorated before we arrived. The house is neat and clean, with plenty of seating for our family. Bedrooms are very nicely decorated, clean, with comfortable beds. There are accommodations for the children, such as a high chair, a pack n play, play mats, infant bath tub, dinner ware for children, etc. we couldn’t have ask for better accommodations to spend our holiday! Great job!
