Summary: Overall a nice place to stay. The location was good, it was clean, and the upstairs loft was very spacious. The bed was large and very very comfortable! A few things that would keep us from booking again were the TV situation, furniture, and outdated kitchen tools for lack of a better word. The blender, food processor etc... were very outdated so if you did want to cook it would be a little tough. More importantly the furniture in the living room was broken down and very uncomfortable. Also, the TV in the living room was a small smart TV but you were only able access about 11 local channels that played things you would see in a Hospital waiting room. The remote did not allow you access the apps on the TV so no Netflix etc... We did attempt to "cast" YouTube tv from our phone but the internet was not able to handle it so it glitched constantly. The TV upstairs was tiny and not a smart TV. It had a combo VHS/DVD player hooked to it with instructions on how to play a VHS? Not sure who's still using these or DVD's for that matter. Also only a few local channels, same as downstairs. I understand not everyone wants to watch TV but those that do should have the option. The furniture plus the TV situation made it a little uncomfortable when we were not out sightseeing. If those things were updated and addressed I'd give a 10, but we felt those things are pretty important for what we payed to stay 5 nights.

Summary: This loft is small but cozy. There is a nice king size bed upstairs but the full sized pull out bed on the first floor needs to be updated. You can feel every last spring in the mattress and it is not comfortable at all! In addition, a lot of furniture in the living room appears to be old and very worn down. We did not go out back or utilize the kitchen so I cannot comment on either of those things. The house is about a 10 min drive to River Street, so you’re relatively close to anything you’d like to do. Also we had no issues with finding street parking in front of the house, no matter the time of night.

Summary: I cannot say enough great things about this property. Everything was perfection. Super clean, quiet and great location. Only a couple of blocks from the hop-on hop off trolley stop. Close to a couple of squares that you can get to walking. The natural light in the loft bedroom was a great way to wake up in the morning. If you're looking for a sweet little place for a romantic getaway, you have found it!
