The beach consists of a large beach, bordered by dunes of great naturalistic importance, which extends for a few kilometres. There are spa facilities and some beaches equipped for free.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, ma in una posizione veramente ottimale per raggiungere il CONI, l'Unione Italiana Ciechi e l'Ospedale fondazione Stella Maris.
E' vicino a bar/ristorante ed anche ad un supermercato. E' al primo piano, ha due ampie terrazze abitabili, un ingresso/sala/cucina, un bagno, due camere di cui una con accesso diretto al balcone. Nella casa sono presenti due televisioni. Dispone di un garage, un ampio giardino con barbecue e un grande gazebo con tavoli e sedie, coperto. Posto auto davanti a casa. Su richiesta, si forniscono biciclette. L'appartamento è completamente arredato, ha zanzariere ed è stato ristrutturato nel 2013. Sono preferibili brevi periodi. Non è richiesta caparra. Solo lavoratori o studenti.
