Summary: This property was incredible. The 7 large windows allowed for a cool evening breeze and anywhere in the apartment gives a beautiful sea view. Just down the street at Pisa Marina is a wonderful walkeay on the sea with shops. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and groceriea. Roberto was very kind and efficient and helpful.

Summary: the apartment is great: clean, stylish, everything you need is there. you have a unique view. There is also air conditioning and the windows can be completely blacked out. the landlord is the best, friendly and extremely helpful, always available. a clear recommendation for this beautiful apartment!

Summary: My friend and I planned a trip to Tuscany for a momentous birthday. The property was bright and had a Mediterranean feel to it. Everything in the listing is accurate. The bay window overlooking the Mediterranean is beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. Roberto went above and beyond and assisted us with transportation to the airport. He replied to all our enquires in minutes and was a very kind and generous host. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a Mediterranean getaway. Thank you. Summary: This was our first trip to Italy. The property was everything we imagined and more. Everything in the listing is accurate & pictures can not describe how beautiful this property is. Amazing beach! Everything you could possibly need & more. Roberto went above & beyond in making our stay memorable. It was our honeymoon & he gifted to us champagne & chips to celebrate. Roberto assisted us with transportation & was very kind. We will forever remember this beautiful place & Roberto. Thank you for making our trip to Italy amazing.

Summary: We had a very nice 12 days at this apartment. Everything is as described. There are two direct accesses to the beach, one over the dunes and one with a wooden path. The flat has everything you need and want for the perfect stay. Supermarket and bakery are also just across the street. The panoramic sea view is breathtaking and the telescope at the flat is very handy to have a close up look at all the ships going in and out of Livorno. In the shed that belongs to the apartment there are beach accessories like sun beds, parasol and bikes for the guests free of charge. At the beach you can choose from free beach and paid beach with sunbeds. On our stretch of the beach nobody had a problem with dogs on the beach and in the water. We stayed in May/June. The water is clean and shallow. The landlord is very helpful and friendly and was always reachable (before and during the holiday) via WhatsApp. We had the best weather, a great apartment and a wonderful holiday. Summary: Nice apartment with two stories in a historical renewed building just outside the coastline and really nice beaches. Secure car park with gates. In close proximity a very good Bagno La Tintarelleria where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas. The bagno has also very good restaurant as well so you can spend the day at the beach. Owner Roberto very helpful. We dropped one star as the apartment was maybe not so clean as we expected, the included deck chairs and the bicycles not very usable but these were minor things in the end. Absolutely recommended!

Summary: Beach was so close to the apartment and my daughter enjoyed it. Room was clean and beautiful view. Supermarket is a few munites walk. We recommend to stay here.
