If so, you would love to stay in this commodious 5,700 sq ft compound located in the heart of Central Florida. Spacious and updated, this home offers 5 bedrooms, 2 bonus rooms, 4.5 baths on a private 20 acre lot with breathtaking views everywhere you look. As our guest, our house is promised to give you a serene experience you will remember for a long time.
Welcome to W & C Estates! You can also find us on facebook "W & C Farmstay", your escape from reality where you can sit back, relax in nature while you decompress and reconnect with wholeness. Upon arriving, you will notice an array of wildlife such as deer, cranes, and iris birds. On the land, you will also see many farm animals like horses, goats, chickens, ducks, and geese. This magnificent home is fully furnished, perfect for large family retreats and group getaways.
This Southern Style custom built, and recently updated home throughout is the perfect mix of comfort and elegance. The first floor features a grand living room equipped with a brick fireplace, large kitchen and dining room with ample seating to accommodate large groups, huge master bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed, queen guest room with its own bathroom, half bath, and two enclosed Florida rooms. Upstairs, you will find a king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and a room great for the young guest with two twin beds (one with protective railing), 2 full bathrooms, and and 2 extra big bonus rooms that will have additional 6 queen beds total starting in October 2022, so total there will be 12 beds. We also have 2 extra air mattresses in case you need them.
When you stay here, you experience country living and convenience. Publix is about 5 minutes away and other major shopping centers and restaurants are close by.
Just 3 minutes from major highway 417, you will be able to travel Florida with ease.
Downtown Orlando is about 20 minutes away and only 25 minutes from the airport. The theme parks are approximately 30 minutes away. If you enjoy the beach, iconic Cocoa and Daytona Beach are a short hour drive. If you are visiting for college, UCF, Full Sail, Rollins, and Valencia are all less than 30 minutes away.
Watching the sunrise while hearing the songs from the birds are just one of the many rejuvenating activities you can indulge in while staying here.
We are inviting you to come, take a deep breath, and stay a while. There is a little of everything for everyone when you visits or stays at our estates.

-As guest, you have access to about 8 acres, the house and its immediate surrounding within the wooden fence. The rest of the land is for farming and to provide space from you and the rest of the world.
-No Pets.
-Staff will be there everyday to tend to the farm, they will not bother you during your stay.
-You are welcome to look but please do no touch any of the farm animals to ensure your safety.
