Positive: Location was in a quiet residential neighborhood behind another house. You could park on the street about a hundred yards away or choose to pay for parking on the house driveway for $10-15 per night.

Negative: Very tight spiral staircase, which would be fine if you have very little or light luggage.

Summary: Nice visit that was close to relatives living in this part of Oviedo.

Positive: The Studio was just like the photos. The location was very nice and quiet. It was easy to get into and the Host was amazing. Prompt responses to all communication. I had an unforeseen situation that they accomodated with kindness.

Negative: The dogs were out upon arrival but they seemed friendly. Once contacted the Host immediately put them away. The only thing I think they should do is show the narrow staircase in the photos. The entire unit is upstairs and it might be difficult for people with disabilities and weight issues. Also advise new guests that the Host sleeps in the adjacent room.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Studio. Very nice community and would book again!

Negative: I missed the spiral staircase entrance which was a little difficult to get up with my luggage however, the host was so accommodating that I am sure if I asked they would have helped!

Negative: The stairs weren’t on the photos. Just a surprise but it wasn’t too big of a deal.

Negative: The spiral staircase was a surprise. It didn’t bother us, but if anyone had any handicap, it would be hard to get up.
